The Richland Heights Neighborhood Plan - 2007



The Richland Heights Neighborhood comprehensive plan adopted a vision statement to preserve and enhance the quality of the neighborhood through active planning and resident involvement.  The goal was to shoot for a high quality of life by focusing on guiding development, improving neighborhood safely, maintaining the southwest desert environment and enhancing public spaces.
